Mwah yan ana wong kabaak, mwah kaiwat, kablagandang, kabegal, mwah kabasta kaejuk, mwah kamatiang, nora karwan dasania genah aminahasan bumi desaning adesa, wenang kang adruwe bumi pradesaning adesa anggegerang kang ngarusuh, yan katemu babandanan, yan tan kena binanda, patenin aturakena ring Ida Sang Anggawa Bumi. Yan tan kena bandanen mwah pateni, mwah yan tan karwan kang ngurusuh ika sajeroning kalih bulan saking dinaning wong sinahasa winalatkara, wenang wong desa ika kadi ngarep kacoran pancacira sowing-sowang, maketekan pada, 5, keteng kang sadiri-diri, yan tan manayub cor, wenang wong desa ika kang adruwe unggwan desaning adesa agenah sahasa amalatkara danda gung arta, 30.000 rebutan. jika ada orang dirampok, serta diculik, dilarikan secara paksa, dibegal, serta
diikat ditangkap, dan dibunuh, tidak jelas rakyatnya di tempat melakukan
kekerasan di desa-desa, haruslah sang penguasa bumi di desa-desa memperjelas
yang merusuh itu, jika ditemukan agar diikat, jika tak bisa diikat, bunuh dan
haturkan pada sang raja. Jika tak dapat diikat serta dibunuh, serta tidak jelas
yang merusuh itu dalam waktu dua bulan dari orang dikenai kekerasan dan diambil
paksa, haruslah orang desa itu seperti di depan dikenai cor panca cira
masing-masing, terhitung sama-sama, 5, keteng per orang, jika tidak meminum
cor, orang desa itu yang menjadi tempat kejadian kekerasan dan pemaksaan kena
denda sebesar 30.000 kolektif. Serta hasil denda itu, yang besarnya, 20 000,
diserahkan kepada sang raja,
English Translation
And if someone is robbed, kidnapped, forcibly taken
away, mugged, tied up, arrested, and murdered, and it is unclear who among the
people in the area committed the violence in the villages, then the ruler of
the land in those villages must clarify who the troublemaker is. If found, they
must be tied up; if they cannot be tied up, they must be killed and presented
to the king. If they cannot be tied up or killed, and the identity of the
troublemaker remains unclear for two months from the time the person was
subjected to violence and forcibly taken, then the people of that village must
each undergo the 'cor panca cira' ritual, counted equally five keteng
per person. If they refuse to undergo the 'cor', the people of the village
where the violence and coercion occurred shall be fined collectively in the amount
of 30,000. From this fine, 20,000 shall be handed over to the king.
